The Honorable Paul K. Martin
Former Inspector General of both the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Paul also served as Vice Chairman of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee that coordinated oversight of $5 trillion in pandemic-related assistance and as the Deputy Inspector General at the Department of Justice. He has more than 27 years’ experience in the federal oversight community conducting independent investigations and reviews of complex programs and operations. During his time as USAID IG, he met with senior foreign government and diplomatic officials in Kyiv, Germany, Israel, and El Salvador. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from The Georgetown University Law Center.
The Honorable Michael J. Missal
Former Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Veteran’s Affairs. Mike led oversight of the second largest federal agency with an annual budget of over $350 billion and 450,000 employees that operates the largest integrated healthcare system in the United States. Prior to that, he was a partner in a global law firm and conducted numerous internal investigations. During that time, he was also the court-appointed Examiner of the bankruptcy proceeding for subprime lender New Century Financial. Mike previously served as a senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America.
