The Honorable Paul Martin

Paul is the former Inspector General of both NASA and USAID. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee that coordinated oversight of $5 trillion in emergency federal pandemic assistance.

In addition, he served as the Deputy Inspector General at the Department of Justice helping to oversee a sprawling law enforcement organization with more than 110,000 employees. He has more than 27 years’ experience in performing independent investigations and reviews of complex programs and operations.

Paul has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Juris Doctor from The Georgetown University Law Center.

The Honorable Michael Missal

Mike was Inspector General for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the second largest federal agency with an annual budget of over $350 billion, more than 400,000 personnel, and the largest integrated healthcare system in the nation. Prior to that, he was a partner in a global law firm conducting internal investigations and representing clients in regulatory and enforcement matters.  He also served on the firm's Management Committee and chaired the firm's regulatory practices.

He was also the court-appointed examiner of the bankruptcy proceeding for subprime lender New Century Financial. Mike previously served as a senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He served on the Board of Trustees of Washington and Lee University and chaired the Independent Review Committee of Vanguard Investments Canada.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America.
